"So I’m going to rant and suggest you DO NOT use SKP massage in Whitehouse, OH. Long story short, I had an appointment for a massage Monday evening at 7. I called Sunday morning at 9 to cancel. I explained on the voicemail that my dad was having emergency open heart surgery on Monday. I expected to be charged 40% because I cancelled day before, but was hoping due to the circumstances that she would forgive it. We’ll let Me Tell you, I got an email with a receipt that Stephanie charged me the full amount for my appt. I called and explained that I had called and cancelled I even emailed her proof that I called. (I will post pic). She said, well we don’t have any missed call or voicemail from you that you called. WOW! Okay I see how you do business. You are insensitive and have no compassion. I will tell everyone I know to NOT use Stephanie at SKP massage.
