"I went to therapy here for my knee surgery recovery and the ladies were great. Very friendly and easy to talk to and get along with. They helped me out a lot. Sad to be done :-)"
"I had knee replacement at Blanchard Valley, Findlay but live in Bluffton. Travel is eliminated. I would travel to the east side of Findlay, 3 times a week, You meet yourself coming & going. NW Phys Therapy then reports progress to my surgeon. Good job!"
"Everyone was so kind and helpful. They all were very professional. Megan, Katie and Trina, I believe was her name I enjoyed talking with them each time I was there. Unfortunately, the treatments just didn't have that much effect on me, I've been in pain, etc for just too long."
"I was prescribed PT for an old injury and chronic pain. All the therapists and staff in Bluffton were professional, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. I have had treatment for the same injury many times but the had better results with Northwest Physical Therapy. Hopefully the time will come when a patient can self refer and not need a referral from a doctor. I know I would benefit from a refresher, but that means another trip to the doctor first. Thank you! "I had my left knee replaced. I went here for two weeks even though my doctor wanted six weeks. I was on pain killers and could not drive. I had trouble finding drivers and after canceling three appointments I was informed I would need a new prescription to start back in. I said the heck with it and did my exerciseing at home by myself. The doctor could not believe that I had recovered with only two weeks help. The staff was polite and very business like, not friendly at all. I am getting ready to have the other knee replaced and will look for a different Rehab facility."
