"Great place, if you like ordering online, paying for your food, then going there and having them tell you they "don't have your order." This has happened multiple times at this one location to me. I sure as hell paid for that food, so where is it? After today's debacle ($25 order paid for and they have no clue about it) I will never return here."

"This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve been to. We ordered online for pickup and get there and no one greeted us or asked to help us. We stood there for 44 minutes waiting for our food. At one point one of the workers was in the back eating and not helping customers and the manager spent a lot of time on her phone. Once we finally got our food we had items missing and one burrito was smashed flat. The store was a nasty mess and food all over the tables.I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell and driving a couple miles to a better kept one."

"this place had me and my mother sitting here for an hour and a half while they stare at us like we did not exist. we spent over $70 yet were treated like bottom level trash. DONT GO HERE!! you will be treated horrible. customer service need changed and management needs replaced. the manager had the biggest attitude and needed to wear a hairnet and a shirt that fit correctly. again i warn you to never step foot in this establishment and stay clear from their business."

"BEWARE!!! THIS IS A FRANCHISE!!! SO IF YOU THINK CORPORATE WILL DO SOMEHTHING YOU ARE WRONG! MEANING THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT OUR COMPLAINTS! Taco Bell corporate should not allow this owner to have its name! Ordered breakfast before 11 on mobile app. I get there at 10:55. The rude manager proceeds to tell me story are out of sausage and I said it’s before 11 so I’m assuming you just don’t want to make it! She proceeds to be rude and tells me to cancel my order that I ordered at 11 hence at this time she is arguing with me at 10:58! She proceeds to claim I’m being smart and tells me to not come back! Trust me I will never go back to that Taco Bell! If customers get treated like that just for ordering food is way beyond acceptable! Shame on Taco Bell for having a crew treat customers that way! Oh did I mention all the crew was laughing and being childish! The place is dirty as well didn’t surprise me though once I seen the rude trashy employees!"

"Happened to be in town doing some last minute shopping with a friend. Dropped in here for what we thought was going to be a quick bite. One car in the drive thru, we came inside and there were 2 people ahead of us. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Order was missing fries. We've been waiting over 10 minutes for them. As others have noted, everyone's moving around like they're busy but nobody's here and only a couple of cars have come through the drive thru. Manager is shuffling around like she's important but only in between games on her phone and conversations which are obviously more important than the one she should be having with the manager of another store to see if they could spare a few large size cups as this store is out. She put a little note on the counter, though, so it's ok. People behind the counter were friendly and apologetic but the entire store is filthy and greasy. Food all over tables. No sauces, no napkins, drink machine and garbage can covered in slop."
