"Booked two rooms in June for a show we were seeing in November. Called a week before because I couldn't remember if I booked them and never received a confirmation email and the couple going with us could not stay so I was going to cancel their room. So when I called the receptionist said that there were no rooms booked under our names, I gave her our name's, the couple going with us and my credit card and she says no rooms where booked. So I figured I must not have booked them, so I booked just my wife and I a room. A week or so goes by and I notice on my credit card that there are two extra charges on my statement, so I called the hotel and they told me that they were no show/no cancellation charges for two rooms. I have been trying for months now to get ahold of someone to take care of this and all they keep telling me is I need to contact Paul the owner, I've called him many times, left many voicemails and i have heard nothing."

"I stayed here Friday night and had a surprisingly wonderful experience considering it's not a "fancy hotel". Myself, my friend, and five rambunctious 13 year olds were greeted by a kind gentleman who offered us warm chocolate chip cookies. A couple weeks prior, Sadie was extremely kind and accommodating on the phone and made sure we were able to get the only connecting room they had, as we had young girls to keep an eye on. She also made it effortless to change our reservation from one week to the next since we had an unexpected illness that delayed our stay. We were please with the pool area. It was warm and the teens had a blast! The front staff were eager to grab us extra towels and later a blanket we needed for our air mattress. The rooms were clean and free of bed bugs ( I check everywhere I stay). The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise! They offered coffee, hot coco, multiple juices, cereals, oatmeal, regular milk, almond milk, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cream cheese, jellies, peanut butter, breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, scrambles eggs, and had a waffle maker. Everything was delicious and satisfying. Oh, and the cleaning staff was also so very friendly and helpful!!! We were amazed!! Highly recommended for an inexpensive stay. I would definitely stay again in the future!"

"The walls are the thinnest I've ever experienced in a hotel. I could hear EVERYTHING. Every footstep the room above me took was like an earthquake and the ceiling creaked and cracked. I could also hear every time they flushed the toilet. I could clearly hear the conversation of the room next to me at 1 o clock in the morning. I did not get much sleep."

"Dated rooms. Noisy and uncomfortable. However, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is nice. They also offer warm cookies. We got the Jacuzzi room but were afraid to use it. The door jam was broken into by force and repaired. There were too many things that needed to be replaced or repaired. For instance, the ice machines on the second and 3rd floors were out of order."

"Beds were somewhat comfortable, shower faucet was loose inside the wall. Nice breakfast. Close to food and entertainment. Kind host at front desk. Don't think I would go back though."
