"Motel 6 is conveniently located right by the turnpike and the freeway, as well as numerous restaurants, stores and parks are within a 5-20 minute drive. The manager, Diane and her husband J, bend over backwards to make sure everyone is extremely satisfied. They do their best at making sure the rooms are nice and clean, the outside is free of trash and debris, and noise is kept to a minimum. I love the pine tree in the office that is changed every season! Right now it’s decorated for Halloween. Also the plants outside are lovely!!! Boops the cat is a welcoming sight! Makes the motel feel more homey! We are very much animal lovers and have our own critters! In all, as long as Diane and J are in charge, we will stay at the Motel 6 in Richfield, OH again!"

"This place really exceeds expectations when you compare it to the surrounding accommodations that are about the same price. First and foremost, the entire staff here are some of the nicest people I have met. Always super friendly and helpful! We've been here for about 2 weeks now and it's been a great fit. We had a lot of trouble finding a place in the area for an extended stay. Between pet fees, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff I was honestly shocked to find such horrible options. We were staying somewhere else previously and needed in our room here much earlier than check-in. Diane and her cleaning staff were amazing!! They worked together to make sure we could get in the room within the time frame we needed, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. I love that they allow pets to stay free because we have 2 cats and pet fees add up way too much. It's nice to be somewhere that respects the bond between a human and an animal companion. The office even has a lovely little cat of their own! Everything here is SUPER clean. There's a decent amount of space in the rooms if you are staying for an extended period of time. It's also helpful to have a mini fridge and a microwave accessible. We've really enjoyed our stay, and I'm very grateful for the kindness that this staff has given my family. Unbeatable prices and unbeatable service. That's the best of both worlds!"
