"I stay at this hotel often for travel while working. Adrianna, at the front is always so pleasant and attentive. She always makes sure that I am comfortable. She rooms are outdated and can be a little cleaner. I’m giving 3 stars because of the service."

"It was actually a Health issue visit. Surgery ran later than expected so I checked in to the closest place to Crystal Clinic Hospital. I wasn't about to be running all the way back home to come back in the morning. Staff was friendly, room was great. Wish they had a restaurant on the property. Other than that, it was pretty nice."

"I would give them a 5 accept our room smelled like dog pee. Other than that everything was great. Wonderful front desk service, and the ladies who helped with breakfast were super sweet and friendly. The room was very clean it was just the smell in the carpet, and we know because my family and I have 2 dogs."

"Our son was married in Fairlawn and we chose The Residence Inn originally for the convenience and close location to venue. Throughout the experience, Pam, the Director of sales, was always very timely in her responses to any questions I had. This being our first wedding, I had quite a few! We were also greeted by Chester and Tamika, who both were so kind, attentive, and so fun that we felt relaxed right when we walked in and knew right then and there we made the right choice. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious. All of our guests were very satisfied with their stay! 5 star from us!!!"

"Great place to stay for short or extended stays. You may think this place is only for long stays but don't skip this option. Affordable pricing, part of the Marriott family and very nice staff and options it's a great hotel for any stay. I stayed for work and hadn't been in a Residence Inn previously. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen, full desk and sitting area with a nice closet and bathroom. Lots of room and very comfortable. It's like being in an apartment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also they serve hot breakfast every day which is not so common anymore. Great way to start the day and save some money."
