"Good customer service. Very prompt. Every hotel has minor issues but how effectively it's solved is the key. Breakfast is delicious and if it's free then icing on the cake. Fitness centre is decent. Overall good stay. Hopefully after renovation this place can rock more"

"Dirty, dirty, dirty!! Check in and the first thing I notice is no toilet paper. I don’t think I’ve ever been a hotel in my life where that happened. Later in the night I noticed hair all around the tub, and on the table it looked like someone opened a soda and it sprayed all over and never got cleaned up. I got up in the am and went for coffee and told the guy at the desk who told me it was my fault because I didn’t tell them during the night. I wasn’t going to switch rooms at midnight when I was exhausted. I had to spend the night in town because of an emergency I hadn’t eaten and barely slept in 2 days. Don’t know how this filth was my fault. Got into the shower and within a couple minutes I was standing in dirty backed up water! Told the same guy at the desk about it and this time it was my fault because I booked through an online service. I was told I had to in order to get their advertised price. Again not sure how I’m responsible for this pigsty. I get the impression this happens frequently due to the way the guy so easily blamed it all on me. He told me they’d put the tub on the list for maintenance, I doubt it there were dirt lines all over the tub telling me this has been happening for awhile. Also, no working ice machines anywhere."

"They were excellent and amazing. They all have great customer service and support and the hotel was clean and on point. The people who worked here, treated us like we were in world-class royalty. I would like to say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had with an hotel. I would definitely recommend coming back here!!!"
