"Definitely glad I started staying here I should’ve picked here first instead of knights inn! But really liked it here it’s clean! Bathroom shower really clean!! Excellent prices for everything nice here you get the pool area free breakfast! I made a good choice I’ll definitely be coming here to stay!"

"We stayed at this hotel recently for several nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in by Vishnu at the front desk was quick and smooth and he was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was very good and so was the coffee. The wifi worked great. Had time to enjoy the pool and the hot tub which was great and very relaxing."

"We stayed here for 1 night because we had been driving for 11 hours. Just wanted a good night sleep. I woke up with a rash on my skin wherever it was exposed to the sheets or pillows I had a rash. Went to the front desk and the manager didn’t even apologize for what happened and instantly told me there was nothing she could do for me. The more I looked around the place it was so dirty and disgusting!! Don’t stay here!! Not even if it’s your only option it’s not worth it!! Super dirty and probably bed bugs!! Here are a few pictures I took of the bed and linens!! Don’t stay here its a health hazard!!"

"Stayed this past weekend and the hotel as a whole need help. Needs a good sanitation. They do not pay attention to corners and cleaning them. I was not going to write a review but after my conversation with a very snotty manager this morning I have decided to. There was no tv this weekend so the gentleman who was very overwhelmed said we would receive a 25 credit per room and that we would receive it at check out. I called yesterday as we did not receive it and he would pass the message wot the manager. I spoke to said manager this morning and first she said she was on vacation but then said she was there yesterday and did not receive the message. Do not stay here they are so rude and no customer service on management side….awful"

"We decided to go to Cleveland a night early, but due to the game this was the cheapest option we could get in a pinch. I think for the quality of our stay it was too expensive. Our room had a very strong odor of pet urine and mildew. Our entire carpet was damp - unsure from what. It looked like there was hair under the sheets but I chose to not investigate further because I was already grossed out. Location is fine, close to interstate. Service was fine. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing extraordinary either. Personally wouldn’t stay here again, but maybe someone else will have better luck."
