Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport - Brook Park, an IHG Hotel

"Nice room, refitted recently. Was very noisy front road so request backside of hotel. I am a diamond member with Hilton and they held a 200 security deposit which I have never had before as I stay about 100 nights a year with them."

"I own a moving company in Cincinnati Ohio. We did a move to Fairview Ohio. We booked three rooms and all three rooms were very clean The staff of here is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend if you’re needing a hotel close to the Cleveland airport very convenient location close to many restaurants."

"Arrived Christmas night, stayed in room 224. Sandra at desk was most helpful with smile. Rooms were clean, updated and so comfy. The bed was perfect and i slept amazing! Breakfast was delicious, hot and well presented. My partner and I loved this location and we will be back in future!"

"Location was a 4 star just because it felt like it was in a bad location as in a small area. The parking lot seem to be small but I did give it a 5 stars because they were remodeling the entire hotel and it was very nice inside. Big clean rooms, excellent breakfast choices. The pool was closed because they were remodeling. There are places to eat and stores down the road. We were in the area for one night for a wedding and this hotel had a better price compared to others."

"HORRIBLE!!! I honestly am regretting wasting my time on this review. However, for those of us that live in hotels, I will. Firstly, just read the other reviews, especially concerning the front desk idiot. Every review that may be close to negative, is responded by a snarky comment. Great way to run a business! When I arrived to this waste of space hotel that has been going through construction forever, the petulant front desk idiot wanted to charge my card for an additional $200 for incidentals. First of all, I’ve lived in a hotels for years and never once did they request to put a $200 incidental hold on my card. Secondly, when I asked for a list of incidentals, and or a receipt stating that he was going to put a hold on an additional $200 he could not provide me with a receipt or documentation stating this. In return, he had asked if I wanted the room or not and stated that he could do nothing about the $200. I understand that it may have not been his personal policy however, I need documentation for my corporate card stating what the $200 was for. He refused to provide that and then said, “ on the count of three I am going to cancel the room, would you like it or not?” He proceeded to cancel the reservation around 1:30am which left me to search for another, more friendly and informative hotel. This is clearly a man that knows nothing about customer service, or providing individuals the proper customer service that ultimately pay for you to have employment. Considering there are hotel options everywhere, this would not even be my last resort. I would rather stay in my job trailer than deal with this kind of treatment, and imbecile ever again. He most definitely has an unpleasant personal life that he brings to the workplace. Seek help bud!!!"
