"Recently, I made an appointment with Dr. Quinn at this office to see my 6 week old son. I was explaining that I thought he had acid reflux. My son was constantly in pain after he ate. He would arch his back and scream, throw up, he was absolutely miserable. I had spoken to some other parents and they had suggested Famotidine because it really helped their children. I asked Dr. Quinn about Famotidine and she absolutely refused to prescribe the drug. She said he should grow out of it by 12 weeks. Who wants a baby to suffer for 6 more weeks!?? I can’t even fathom wanting a baby to be in pain when there’s something to help them. She basically told me to go see another doctor if I disagreed with her. I got another pediatrician and my son got on Famotidine and is doing SO much better. I don’t recommend Dr. Quinn at all."

"I’ve been a patient since the 90’s. I had no complaints, but for the past 2 years the staff has been so incompetent. Every month I’m on the phone constantly just trying to get my regular meds called in. I’ve been calling the staff for 3 days trying to get my med called in. First it was called into the wrong pharmacy. One was called to Kroger and the other to a Walgreens. Yesterday they said they fixed it, but didn’t.I spoke to 2 nurses today who assured me it would be at Kroger’s. My husband has been sitting there for 2 hours and it still wasn’t called in. This is the 3rd day without my sleeping pill and no sleep and it’s a Friday! They don’t care and they don’t do their job! Inexcusable!!!!"

"This is becoming very aggravating! Every time I have an appointment I get here 30 min early not just the 15 that they request. Then I wait in the waiting room for over 45 min before even being brought to a room. They have 1 dr and a nurse practitioner. I dislike the dr in this office but it’s close to my home. If your on a time crunch might as well go to Clifton for an appointment."

"Dr. Brinker is amazing. She puts my kids at ease. My husband and I see Dr. Sharma and he's wonderful as well. The entire staff has been so helpful. Everyone! There is no way to name all of the people that I've encountered that's been fantastic. We've here for 3 years and we don't plan on going anywhere."
