"Nearly impossible to get ahold of them. the care i get when i go to the office is alright, but i think its ridiculous they dont pick up the phone whenever i ever call. Ive called a handful of times at different times throughout the day sometimes ill call in the morning, or afternoon and i stay on hold 15 minutes and get fed up and hang up. I just can never get ahold of them or the times i call and get through and leave a call back number i dont get a call back. Wish i knew this before i picked them as a provider for my health."
