"These providers made me feel very alone. They never pulled up MyChart at appointment’s.Holbrook has tried to give a shot I was allergic to tribe while pregnant in two different appointments I told her both times was not happening. Every time o had a concern they was not worried about it. I told her want I was wanted during my birth she did not take notes on what a wanted in MyChart. I asked for resource she said they did not have any for patients. I have tried to advocate for myself many times no one would want to listen. I had questions about my delivery and about my tear she did not want to explain tried to ask about the pain I still have today she never answered me. I have been trying to get this problem resolved for months and no one will help me not even the area manager. If a doctor does not want to listen to their patients then why become a doctor at all."
