"Could have cost my babies their lives. Failed to catch symptoms of a serious liver condition, cholestasis, which carries 10X risk of stillbirth. When I put together the diagnosis myself, Heidi repeatedly told me she wasn't convinced and that I was overthinking things, and made worryingly inaccurate comments about cholestasis on multiple occasions. I had to push to have labs done and she refused to start me on medication, even pushing back against another doctor prescribing the medication when I reached out in desperation. I went into preterm labor at 30w0d (a risk of cholestasis), after being told by Heidi on multiple phone calls that I wasn't in early labor. If we'd gone to the hospital sooner, we may have at least been able to get shots to develop my babies' lungs. After the babies were born and we finally got my lab results, they showed I was in the highest risk category with bile acid levels 35X higher than the threshold for diagnosis. My new ob said they'd never seen bile acids that high. Heidi never reached out to acknowledge the results or order follow up testing to ensure my liver function returned to normal. The end of pregnancy was extremely stressful, feeling something was seriously wrong and the person who was supposed to help didn't believe and refused to treat me. That stress was followed by a traumatic birth experience and now at least a month with the twins in the NICU. I'm grateful my babies are here at all, but this kind of negligence and dismissal could be the difference between life and death for someone else's."

"I called Dr Hidde’s office in the Norwood location to schedule a follow up appointment. When I got there (on-time) the receptionist/MA said that I wasn’t scheduled with the right provider, and the provider I needed to see wasn’t in the office and I needed to be rescheduled. I ask the receptionist is that something that could’ve possibly been shared over the phone before I came into the office wasting my time and gas? I stay long distance. I didn’t get an apology or anything. I thought it was inappropriate. The receptionist was rude. I called back to reschedule a couple of months later because I didn’t experience anything negative from Dr Hidde, but when I called she dismissed me from her practice. That’s very petty. You schedule with a patient and cancel when they get there, wasting their time, when the patient shares their concerns dismissed from practice????? How about apologizing for the inconvenience."

"Dr Heidi and her team re miracle workers. My husband and I have had six pregnancies and today she delivered our third healthy boy. She and Sam helped us figure out our issues with recurrent miscarriage and through 3 deliveries she navigated the entire pregnancy and all complications with precision, expertise, conscientiousness, and most of all compassion. Without Dr Heidi, doubt my husband and I would have this incredible family. If you can get her you will be blessed."

"Dr. Heidi and her team are the absolute best! From the minute you walk in the office you are greeted with kind and professional staff who make the check-in process a breeze. Her MA’s are always warm and welcoming and do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable. The U/S techs seem to love their job, are extreme friendly and get excited to show you how your baby is growing. Dr. Heidi takes the time to listen to your needs and fears while providing you with the most compassionate and safe care. I would never go anywhere else!"

"Dr. Heidi is a wonderful and caring OB! I had her for my first pregnancy and later through two miscarriages. Dr. Heidi always made sure I was comfortable, that I understood what was going on and what her plans of action were. I have high anxiety and she always could lessen it and took time to listen and understand. Her nurses and receptionists are also very kind and helpful. Her u/s technician is seriously like an angle sent from heaven, she is so sweet and uplifting no matter what you may be in for. I recently moved to Columbus and I am devastated that I won't be able to have Dr. Heidi or her u/s tech for any future pregnancies. Though in all honesty I wish she could have been my doctor for everything! Truly a wonderful Doctor and person. Highly, highly recommend!"
