Seven Hills Women's Health Centers

"I have been to Seven Hills for almost 25 years. Drs. Puttman, and Rahe delivered all 9 of my children. Having said that, When I went in for my "yearly" yesterday (11/20/23), I was appalled. The new "New Patient Intake" form asks if I am transgendered, asks my bioligical sex, asks my pronouns and asks how I identify my sex. I have never been so offended! I typically find this practice and the doctors all stellar, but since they have been with Axia, they've gone a "little off the deep end." As Doctors, I'm sure they are all aware that ONLY biological females can be seen by an Obstetrician because ONLY biological females can have babies. ONLY biological females can be seen by Gynecologists because ONLY biological females have ovaries, fallopian tubes, a cervix, and eggs. I know it is called "practicing" medicine, but there should be zero questions by my Obstetrician/Gynecologist doctors about identifying my sex/gender since there are scientifically and biologically ONLY TWO genders and these doctors ONLY treat ONE of those sexes and it is NOT the male sex. (Hint: the ONLY other sex left is FEMALE). This type of leftist pandering makes me SICK! I expected better from this practice!"

"The most unprofessional medical facility and personnel I have ever seen. They refused to bill my insurance appropriately, ran testing that consent was not provided for, and called me “babe” the entire 15 minute appointment. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for the worst care I have ever experienced. I left the office crying… yes… THAT Bad. Do yourself a favor and find a different facility to address your medical needs."

"Unfortunately, it's not the facility it used to be. The doctors are rarely available now and the staff are short and rude. I was trying to get scheduled for an issue as well as a regular appointment and the person was so rude on the phone I just took an appointment over a month out just to get off the phone with her. I did ask if there was another doctor who wasn't my preferred doctor and I got a lot of attitude. Now I don't know what to do about my issue. Likely looking for a new Women's Health Facility that treats people better."
