"I went there for a work trip, one co worker had to switch rooms twice.. once because the blinds were broken and again because he found a bug crawling on his bed. They NEVER changed breakfast and barely restocked anything OR cleaned until you asked. Then had an attitude about it. This place is and looks terrible."

"What a wonderful experience! Rooms were very warm friendly and clean! The breakfast that was included was amazing, in comparison to most hotel provided breakfasts! Staff was very friendly and greeted you went passing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!"

"By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m convinced the good reviews on here have to be an accident & on the wrong location so do not let it fool you!!! My room smelled soured all weekend through the vents & drains which they said was from the pool… lady up front was actually very kind, I believe her name was Amber. Though when she tried to change it, they attempted to move me into one that smelled like cigarettes, had a bed that had CLEARLY been slept in & trash all over the ground. The door was already cracked once I got there. The train is so incredibly loud & you can hear it basically every hour. There were dead bugs in the bedroom and hair all over the floor in bathroom. The microwave didn’t work so I went downstairs for breakfast at 7am which was supposed to be served 6-9am. No breakfast or anyone working in sight. The gym is disgusting and smells terrible. Last but certainly not least, both myself & my coworkers had stuff clearly searched through in our rooms (despite keeping “Do not disturb” signs on the door) & have missing items! The “manager, Joe” was incredible unfriendly & unkind when we were concerned, saying I couldn’t report anything missing, following up with a loud “LISTEN TO ME! What do you want me to do? You tell me!” I just hung up & will be contacting corporate. Overall very disappointed in this facility. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Nothing special here. I stayed dry if that's a plus. It is evident management and staff care little about cleanliness, customer service or updating amenities. TV sound did not work, TV would not turn off. I guess this is par for the course in southern Ohio. For the drive I would go to Holiday Inn in Portsmouth."

"Far overpriced. AC unit was louder than a train, I can say that because an actual train came through every few hours horn blowing,,,,, Front desk service was nice enough Make the drive to a better location. This property leaves much to be desired."
