"Stayed for four nights for a mini mommy staycation. The cabin was very clean, and well stocked; its sits amongst trees and you could hear nature all around. Located 6 minutes from the expressway, but quiet and relaxing."
"Read other reviews below and you’ll get a feel for how this place operates. Booked two sites next to each other for a weekend trip with friends. When we arrived, they had informed us that they moved one of the sites on our reservation and did not call, email anything to let us know or even ask us. After asking them why they didn’t honor my reservation, they argued that they have the right to make any changes with any reservation without informing anyone, they can do whatever they want. Then had the audacity to suggest I was “making a fuss”. Well yeah, for $80 a day was moved from the nice larger site that I RESERVED and put on a tiny little site in the middle of the campground. Really just so they could make more money because no way was anyone reserving the site we had. Sounds like something they do frequently. DO NOT STAY HERE, as soon as they have your reservation you are screwed and they will do whatever they want to make money. UPDATE: The response below is entirely false. Was never offered ANY sort of discount, and “tried to accommodate you” means you moved me to a different tiny site and told me to deal with it. Zero accommodation was made."
"Inflated price due to proximity to the creation museum. The site was small and not level, hookups on the wrong side. No sewer for the price makes it worse. Trash everywhere, including the fire pit. I have been a camp host for the past 5 years at various state parks and are always more appealing. This is why I usually avoid private rv parks. They have a pool and fancy playground, but the infrastructure is falling apart."
"This was an absolutely nice RV site. We are first-time RV-ers and found this site to be more than adequate for our first set up and use. The pad was fairly level to start. The hook-ups were easily accessible. The dump station was easily accessible as well. The people here are very friendly and our neighbors were more than accommodating when it came to our questions about set-up and functionality. The bathhouse was nice. Laundry facilities were a useful perk. Clean facilities all around. This was a central location for our site-seeing family as it was a central hub between the Ark Encounter, Creation museum, Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium. The playground made a nice place for the kids to unwind while we made dinner. Would recommend to any family looking for a family friendly environment to set up camp while visiting the local attractions!"
"This was a nice campground with clean sites and clean restrooms. Laundry facility was also neat and clean. Someone came by a couple of times a day to check on us and see if we needed anything. Great playground for small children. They even emptied out tanks. Very little noise from airplanes and highway. Great location for the Creation Museum and Ark. we stayed 3 nights. No complaints."
