"I have seen Dr, Lee, Dr. Packard, Dr. Hall, Dr. Fennimore, Dr. Bonar, Dr. Patel, and Dr. Ogburn here. It’s hard to consistently see the same Dr as they aren’t always at the same location. Which is fine, just fyi. My reason for two stars is because with my third son Dr. Packard kept trying to get me to have additional ultrasounds for no reason. I already had to have extra US somewhere else (that they referred me to because they don’t have the equipment) because my son has a hole in his heart. When I would ask why she would say “just to be sure.” I would ask sure of what and she would say “well you’re measuring a little small (I’ve measured small every pregnancy and she knew that, and I didn’t have to have additional with my others) and when I mentioned that, she then said “well we can check on his heart.” I had to go somewhere else because they don’t have the equipment! I had to decline over and over. Then I met with Dr. Bonar because Packard wasn’t there and the first thing she said when she came in was “you haven’t had a US in a month so I’m gonna order one.” I said “for what?” The anatomy scan is supposed to be the last one. You don’t have them “monthly” so she goes “well let’s measure you.” She quickly measures me and goes “yeah, you’re measuring a little small.” I asked how small and she said “I can’t tell you that unless you get a US.” They’ve always told me before. Dr. Packard also repeatedly tried to get me to be induced at 39 weeks when I was having a healthy pregnancy and I had to tell her repeatedly I did not want to be induced. When I asked why she wanted me induced she’d say “just to be sure since you’re measuring a little small.” which again, was never mentioned for my previous two. I was measuring one week small, which is normal. And I know it wasn’t for my son’s hole, because the specialist told me I didn’t have to be induced early because my son was doing fine. But when I would say I always measure small she would say “well and because of the hole in his heart.” Which I knew was NOT true. I told her what the specialist said, and after repeatedly declining early induction for several weeks, she stopped bothering me. My fourth pregnancy I met mostly with Dr. Lee. I didn’t want to take my glucose test because I cannot tolerate artificial food coloring and told her if she can get me a clear drink I would take it, and that I knew I was low risk for GD anyway. She said I “had to take it.” So I replied “I read on the CDC’s site it’s recommended, not required.” She said “that’s what I meant.” (Good thing I read up before so I wasn’t coerced.) She told me she would have to put in my chart I was being “non compliant “ even though I had said I would take one without dyes. I had to see Dr. Patel because Dr. Lee was out and Dr. Patel did my strep test. When I came back a couple weeks later I had to meet with Dr. Hall, she said they were doing a strep test and I told her I already had it done. She said “Dr. Patel says here that you were supposed to have it done this week, and I have no results on file.” So they lost my test I suppose?! Idk why she would write a note to have it done when she had just done it. If you plan on just having routine checkups, I felt I was in and out fairly quickly and the office itself is nice. I was just frustrated by them trying to coerce me into doing things. Thankfully 3&4 kids later I research what is required ahead of time and have learned to speak up for myself."
"I'm not sure what it is, whether it's standard practice or not but almost every time I come here with my wife, we wait 30 plus minutes before being seen. That doesn't even count the 20mins they want you to arrive early. All I feel like we do here is wait. They should be graded on wait times. Pretty ridiculous."
"I’ve been going here for almost 7 years. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff here are wonderful. If it’s your first time going to an OBGYN, they will do their absolute best to make it comfortable for you. They are kind and compassionate people. My favorite doctor is Dr.Foley. He is always kind, professional, and empathetic. He’s always willing to answer any questions you have, and will explain things in a way you can understand. I have seen other doctors here too when he’s unavailable, and I have to say, they are all wonderful."
"I was a bit hesitant as it was first visit but the front desk staff were very nice and polite. Dr Anika Moore was extremely patient and kind, she listened all my concerns and answered each and everything in detailed. She was not at all in rush, and made sure that all the concerns are addressed and made me very comfortable. I’m glad that I visited this facility. Special thanks and admiration to Dr Anika Moore for caring patients wholeheartedly!!!"
"Dr. Tiffany Hall is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr. Hall combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I highly recommend becoming her patient! Very professional."
