Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Hilliard 3950 Lyman Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026

"Our first stay here was fantastic. Our second stay, not so much, so I’d say it’s hit or miss with service. Other than that, the rooms do seem clean and mid range. The tv is very nice in the room. The window curtains don’t close all the way so be prepared for light in your eyes all night as well. So…let’s get into the real juicy details about this place other than the nice things. It is 2 am…We waited A HALF HOUR for someone to check us in. We have a 8 hour drive home tomorrow so that was fun. The lady didn’t seem pleasant. She seemed like it was an inconvenience to help us but we were the ones waiting for HER. AT 2 AM!!!! After just driving 14 hours to get here COME ON… Then we got to the room…we were walking around and under the carpet, it feels like there’s holes in the floor or something. It’s lumpy. And…our sink is clogged…. So we will stay at another hotel next time and not this one. Save your money and go to another hotel and don’t settle for hit or miss friendliness. I will be contacting Hilton corporate about this when we wake up…."

"Tiffany was very helpful. The room was clean. Pool area was nice. Gym was clean. Breakfast was good."

"My stay here was great. I needed rest and it was good and quiet. Not sure if that’s normally the case, but it was during my stay. The room #104 was very clean. Received text from Tishanda making sure if everything was fine and if I needed anything. I didn’t. Everything was great. The breakfast was neatly made out and FRESH! Not to mention there are eating options in walking distance. The staff would great me as I returned and I could tell it was genuine. Thank you, Everyone! You rock!!!"

"Tough for me to stress how terrible of a hotel this is!!!!! From screwing up reservations to making your stay as bad as possible they are your spot to stay!!!! I should leave a 5 star for the room however that was the hotel 15 miles down the road where they sent my guest for the reservation they didnt have. Amazingly they attempted to bill me for the mysterious room that was never there! That’s one heck of a magic trick! Id love to show my credit card activity they maxed out in pending activity, or my call logs and emails of confirmation and dealing with them you would get a great laugh. 840$ for the worst stay ever!"

"Gave away my room with 2 beds that was paid for and reserved, and gave me a room with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not sure how that’s the same at all. Who wants to sleep on a pull out couch? Out of all the hotels I’ve ever been in, this is the worse by far. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. No clue how you expect anybody to sleep on that pull out couch. Terrible experience and absolutely 0 sleep."
