She talked me through everything I had scheduled for the day. When it came time for the actual exams etc to start she walked me through everything that was going to happen step by step before it actually happened. She checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was still okay, and wanting to continue . She talked to me about other things to keep my mind off of what was actually going on . Which is something i really appreciated. When everything was done and I felt like I overreacted she reassured me!
