"Still to this day as long as I have been an Elite member of best western, I still never get greeted as such when I'm checking in. The guy who checked me in the evening I stayed there was extremely lazy and more or less refused to give me an ice bucket. Not that big a deal but damn, if you're going to be in the hospitality industry at least do a little something for the guests aside from play on your phone. All other employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the manager even reached out and offered me some compensation for my troubles. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here."

"Came in the hotel at 11pm. Was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman named Nick. This guy went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I needed a hotel that offered breakfast at 6am on a Sunday and this hotel does. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and when I went out at 5:55am to leave for work another gentleman said breakfast was ready and turned the lights on. Breakfast was very good as well. I was very impressed with the price. Saved some money by making reservation online. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the Florence Best Western. For the price of the room it was comfy and clean. Mind you not pristine like a 4 or 5 star hotel, but not disgusting or dirty like many places out there. The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety. Sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, breads, bagels, and fresh fruit to name a few items. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good nice selections and well stocked. The only major disappointment was the whirlpool tub was somewhat clean and only 2 jets worked (room 118). The other thing that may bother some people and was only a minor bother to us was the airport being so close and airplanes flying over the hotel. It never woke us up. Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff but we’ll probably stay elsewhere when coming back to town."
