"Been going here for the entirety of my first pregnancy. The wait times are great, I always get in within 15 minutes of arriving for appointments. However that’s the only positive I’ve experienced. Some issues we’ve had lately are: they rescheduled us twice in the span of a week so my partner had to completely change his work schedule twice to be able to take me to appointments. They somehow forgot to take blood for some tests and told me to stop by the lab to get that done, then the doctor came in and told me I was all good and to check out, we stopped by the lab anyways to see if they still wanted us to do the tests and the lab worker had to pull up my file and check bc no one told her about it. We came in the other day for what was scheduled as a “check up” where they decided last minute they wanted me to do an ultrasound (didn’t say why) and then the ultrasound tech asked me why I was getting an ultrasound done, to which I told her I didn’t know and that nobody told me why or that I’d even have one that day. I spent about 3 months without my prenatal vitamins because they only prescribed me one script and it took me requesting a refill on cvs, and asking them at 3 different appointments before they prescribed them again. (Noticing a pattern of them not communicating with each other or me) and most recently they sent me to a high risk clinic because my baby is slightly under weight, the high risk clinic said they wanted me to get weekly monitoring of my placenta to which Reid said they don’t have the technology for so I’ll have to drive 50 minutes to the closest high risk facility once a week to have that done. And finally the high risk facility told me to get scheduled to be induced early to lessen the risks of delivering an underweight baby, so I asked about scheduling that and was told “Reid doesn’t deliver under weight babies” and that I’d have to either schedule that at the high risk center or find another place that does do that. (I have less than 3 weeks now to get that figured out and scheduled) So for anyone with any kind of complications at all during your pregnancy, I wouldn’t recommend these guys. I will not be coming back if I have a second pregnancy."

"Dr Shaw has absolutely NO compassion for the patients or their families. Regardless of the situation, refuses to slightly bend the “rules” when the patient is going through a tragedy and needs more than 1 support person by her side - specifically the patients Mom or Dad. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Shaw to care for either of my dogs, much less my daughter! Lesson learned!"

"There are about 2 good employees in the whole hospital and one is a greeter. this place will ignore your wants and needs for yourself and only focus on what they believe. they’re terrible at listening and do not explain things very well. also, every single day we have appointment i know not to make plans because they will take so long it will cancel any other plans. they’re rude, half of the employees mess around and joke a ton which is super unprofessional. i used to believe this place could be fixed with better employees but now i think it should just burn"
