"We weren't expecting to get a room, but the weather had other plans. The whole experience was wonderful, from checkin to checkout. Skimming the through the negative reviews, it's laughable the things they were commenting on. This place was wonderful, and in the future I will look for the Avid brand. Too many hotels focus on this over consumption that everyone seems to need. The rooms were smaller than others, but that space is maximized and feels just right. Thanks for providing a great place to sleep, and start the next day!"

"We had booked 2 rooms for my employees. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, they arrived at the hotel at 3AM. The front desk person said they canceled the reservation due to "No-Show". We tried to explain it but the person made us pay for two new reservations. Incredible lack of consideration and respect, after all, we did pay for the 2 rooms until 11AM, the time for checkout! We will never stay at this hotel chain again."

"Perfect! Great location. This hotel was well thought out/designed and they put their money into the things that count … no frills, just the basics. Super clean, well lit rooms, HVAC works great, beds are fresh and very comfortable. As good as all of that is, the best part is the staff. The front desk manager, Tennille, is by far the best in the business. Extremely helpful/bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied, very knowledgeable and personality plus. She was on a roll the night we checked in and had me in stitches. Yevonne was our housekeeper and did an outstanding job for us and also was very accommodating this morning when it was her day to be in charge of managing and serving the free hot breakfast in the lobby. My wife and I will definitely be back often when we travel to Cincinnati."

"i think this is a great place to stay! They are pet friendly which is very convenient. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was super convenient to get to Miami Ohio university and to Cincinnati. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. The rooms are very modern and do not have dressers but does anyone actually use those things anyway? They have plenty of hooks for hanging along with storage down below bench seats. I would definitely stay again. totally worth the price!"

"Please note that this hotel is NOT totally brand new. This hotel is about 2 years old. The overall value of the hotel was great! Once we had arrived here after a 9-hour drive, it was surprisingly very empty. Check-in was smooth and brief. The rooms were clean for most of the part. They also did not have a microwave or coffee maker in the room but there was coffee available at the lobby. The room had many hooks which were very convenient. Although the caulking in the shower was already getting worn out! These are some issues you might not like if you think the hotel is brand new. The automatic bathroom lights were nice. But overall, the value for the price was great."
