"Nice Rooms ,but Breakfast was a Huge Cheap Disappointment. Prices were Very Reasonable..New Owners made a Huge difference... Location was Awesome. Hair dryers in the Rooms would be a Plus like other Hotels. I Travel Alot.. more Pillows would also be a Plus."

"disgusting & Outdated. Huge dumpster full of junk you get to see everytime you go to your room. Pretty sure people live out this place. Showers and toilets are horrible. Toilets don’t flush anywhere and they run all night. Non smoking rooms still smell your clothes up and burn eyes. Dirty Qtips & empty beef jerky wrappers behind the bed/stand, burn holes in blankets/sheets. Gross, do yourself a favor- sleep in your car. Front desk fixed tv so that was a plus since it didn’t work at arrival. Bring anything you need, you get a tiny bar soap for your stay. No blow dryer. There’s a mini fridge."

"Place was awful from top to bottom. I am a coach and we have to travel here for our district meet annually. The rooms were disgusting, bathrooms/ showers have mold in them. Toilets broken and not working. Beer bottles and other disgusting trash were found I. Our athletes rooms. We were told they were non smoking rooms and you can’t barely breathe because of the intense smoke smell. It looks like somewhere you watch drug deals or other lewd acts committed on television shows. Only positive- Rooster and Bob evans within walking distance."

"We have been to this location on more than one occasion. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice & tidy with ample amount of parking available and the rate is very good considering the location. I would call ahead to check for availability and reserve your room if possible. Have never seen the actual lobby of the building it has been closed every time that we have went there he must enter through the side door where the ice machine is located. Make sure that you bring your own food & drinks especially for breakfast unless you are planning on going to one of the nearby restaurants or fast food locations. They do have a handicap room available that is equipped with a handicap bathroom. I am not sure if they have more than one of these rooms available or not. Every room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, television and coffee pot with available coffee & a tea bag but it is limited on the coffee creamer, sugar and sweetener. The coffee is coffee. They also offer Wi-Fi. I have not found a reason not to recommend this location therefore I would recommend this location to Travelers. It's located near the historic downtown of Wilmington."
