"Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, it had a great variety of items such as egg souffle, English muffins, cereal, yogurt and very good coffee. Definitely worth the money!"

"This is one of the more updated Fairfield locations, modern looking, clean decor. Front desk staff was a bit more friendly than most hotels I stayed at. While our room was nice, we had a noisy family group above us so I went down and requested to move rooms. Front desk guy was very understanding and moved us to another room way away from the noisy group. Additionally, it was close to restaurants (mostly fast food), but had a Starbucks and gas station right nearby. Great stop for a cross country road trip for us. I would stay here again."

"Beds were great, bathroom was really nice, big glass shower, room was spacious and comfy. Manager on duty was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Area was clean and pleasing. Breakfast staff were so nice. All around great stay. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Carol 12/9/2023."

"Customer service could be improved. I've stayed here twice over the past month and there is always a miscommunication about the room and a cleanliness issue. I had a text confirming top floor, only to be given a room on floor 2. Heard people stomping around all night and early AM. Going to try my luck in Grove City next work trip. Don't expect staff to be helpful if you stay here."

"After a terribly exhausting day if driving, we finally found the Fairfield Inn. Tammy at the front desk couldn't have been more amazing. She got us all checked in and in a room away from the highway noise. She gave us a first responder rate since my husband is a paramedic and even comped us two waters that we came down to purchase. The room was clean and up to date and had comfy beds and a large restroom. There is shampoo and bodywash in containers on the walls so there is plenty available. There is breakfast in the morning until 930 but we missed that. Check out time is noon. Much nicer hotel than other ones in the area. The pool is smaller and is not heated at this time but looked clean. We did not use it. There was a slight smoke smell in the elevator but it is a non smoking hotel. There are only a few options for food in the area if you don't like fast food. We will definitely return if we pass through here again. Tammy definitely made our stay much nicer and I hope management takes note of her friendly and professional service to guests."
