"Wonderful venue! We hosted a Christmas party with about 60 people, and it was a hit! It did get a little crowded with that amount, but it wasn't too stuffy, just cozy. The fireplace was a nice touch as well. Another detail that would have been good to know is about the appliances in the kitchen: there is a fridge/freezer and microwave, but no oven or range. We had previously thought there was an oven, so it's just something to keep in mind. The room was stunning as is, but we added a few decorations of our own. The pond and porch were beautiful but not really utilized by our group since it was cold."

"Nice gem by the stream, and near the source of the Little Miami River. The meeting place is rustic quaint and would be amazing for a family reunion or small wedding."

"As far as I could tell this was not a place to stay. There is a single building on the site that is probably a meeting room. The building could probably support a wedding reception, but there is really nothing else there. The river view is nice, and it is well maintained, but it couldn't be more than a couple of acres of grass and trees."
