"This property is in serious need of a physical upgrade! Our room had severely ripped carpet and a broken shelf in the shower left as is. Certainly not living up to the TownePlace Suites name or image, or Marriott's. Staff was fine except for not honoring my initial booking price when I had to move our reservation by one week. Would not stay there again."

"The room was small, but the space was utilized well. We had a small kitchenette, a very comfortable loveseat, and a comfortable bed. The staff were also kind and accommodating."

"Stopped and stayed here overnight on a family trip. The hotel was in a location surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room no charge. That’s where the pros stop. The room was very big but also very old. The furniture was old and needed replaced. The TV in the living room area was from 2008 and the picture was going out. The bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. They need thrown out and replaced. The bathroom tub was pretty gross. Something was growing out of the drain area and it just felt dirty. I would not recommend this hotel and we will never stay there again unless it is renovated."

"We recently stayed five nights. We had been there previously, but it had been some time. The hotel is beginning so show it's age, but is still clean and well maintained. The staff is the star here. They are very nice and attentive. Always a smile and a hello. Very nice."

"Incredibly happy with our stay! Having a large family can make traveling tricky but Cyren at the front desk was amazing when we arrived. He was very welcoming and accommodating. He made this our best experience yet! The room was clean and fit our family needs perfectly. the breakfast provided was great too!"
