"7 day trip from Alaska. Hit several Wyndham properties along the way with great success. And then this place. Shame on me for not reading the reviews. Late night stop and thought another Wyndham property would be fine. Should have driven through the night and gotten home. There is no way a 5 star review for this place is from an actual customer. I found all the negatives in the reviews to be true! Should have known as I walked down the hall and saw the rubber baseboard falling off the wall. And then the “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. Carpets, furniture and fixtures all worn, outdated and in need of updating. Heater blew a consistent cold air no matter what buttons were pushed. The metal drain in the shower was completely rusted out and missing. Terrible stains on the bathroom walls and ceiling. And to top it off, NO hot water! Let it run for 15 minutes and still not warm enough to shower. And then come the free “breakfast”. Set up in the far end of the building in an absolutely filthy room. There was nobody there to resupply or take care of anything. 7:30 am and most of .the items were gone. No bread or bagels next to the toaster.(except the burnt piece of toast sitting on the counter). Maybe 3 bites of nasty looking scrambled eggs. No meat product. Tray for meat actually clean indicating no meat was ever put out. Dried waffle mix all over the counter and floor. Pushed the button for orange juice and got a thick slurry of orange juice mush. I grabbed 1 of the 3 prepackaged mini muffins along with a cup of barely drinkable lukewarm coffee and left. Does Wyndham inspect their member hotels and hold them to any sort of standard? This place is a very poor representative of the Wyndham brand. I’ll definitely rethink my next stop at a Days Inn/Wyndham property."
"I had a great stay and got some good rest. Other than a little cosmetic damage, the room was nice. There was a free breakfast in the morning."
"Water and room smelled funny. Couldn't shower. Washed face and I could smell it on me. Advertising a pool but doesn't look like it's been open for a very long time. Horrible cont. Breakfast which wasn't stocked ... just 4 sausage links & 3 pieces of bread to choose from."
"I’ve been traveling for work and pleasure for many years, but never have I had an experience so bad that I wrote a negative review on it. I came into my room and it took half a dozen tries for the key card to work. Once I got inside, it was probably 85° to 90° in here. After an hour of running the air conditioning, it still wasn’t what I would consider tolerable. So I called downstairs and the person at the desk reluctantly checked another room for me and said it was cool and gave me a key to try it. It was on the west side of the building, and was even hotter than my room. When I came back to my room, the key card wouldn’t work at all. So I went downstairs to have a new key card prepared, and when I came back up, that one didn’t work… And the credit card reader at the desk wouldn’t work, either – I had to try it multiple times, and have mysterious duplicate reservations erased, before it finally charged me my $115 for the night, which is more than fair for the room I had! But for $115, to use one bed for one night, you’d think in July they could make sure the air conditioning was working and the room was cool before renting it to travelers… It’s been two and a half hours and it’s still probably 80° in here, the last time I came into my room it took more than a dozen tries to get the door to even recognize a card was being inserted, and I will never stay in a Days Inn again…"
