"On March 4th, 2020 I went to this place with my father for an appointment. We arrived early at the appointment, I was told to sign in. After I signed in the receptionist who took the board, I asked do I wait here or what, she answered my question with "if you want to stand there" and a smirk on her face. This was our first time in this office, I should mention. We proceeded to wait for 45 minutes with a single word from anyone. Then the next office person could not read my writing, not a word was said to either of us, asking for the spelling. after I provided , not a thank you or anything. We waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. I then walked up and told them to cancel the appointment. As we waited for the elevator a person walked out and asked if we were sure we wanted to leave the doctor would be with us shortly. I understand that an office can run behind, I feel we should have been offered some information along the wait time. Overall, the office staff was rude and dismissive of us. As a new patient of this office I would think the staff would want to make a good impression, this was not the case. I strongly urge staying away from this office due the the rude office staff."

"Dr. Nicholson and the non medical staff are great! They are always friendly, too! Unfortunately, such praise can not be given to the rest of the staff. The two nurse practitioners are just the opposite. Holly is very condescending and does it with a smile. Dont upset her. She is vindictive and will retaliate by discontinuing your therapy. The one time that I met with Jami, he was not friendly either. He insisted on telling me how he does things differently from Dr. Nicholson. Seriously, the prostate exam was awful. He actually completed the exam and immediately walked out. I was still bent over the table with my pants down when he was exiting the room! I felt violated. He displayed a lack of bedside and a cold and unfriendly attitude. Lastly, Nikki, the medical assistant, hung up on me when I kept asking her for an appointment with Dr. Nicholson. If you are not seeing Dr. Nicholson, AVOID THIS PLACE."
