"This was the absolute worst hotel ever. Apart from waiting to checkin for 20 minutes because of a printer jam. Finally checked in we got to our room and immediately leave to grab dinner. After that, we were back at the hotel to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The pool was bitter cold and the hot tub had a dead fly in it. (Not a very big issue, just gross.) After the swim we decided to go shower in our room. Upon further inspection there was not a smoke detector in the room and some of our towels were dirty as well as the floor. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest, but while my partner was in the bathroom. I bug crawled across the wall, I killed it and we didn't think anything of it until later on there were lots of them. They were ROACHES!!! Crawling all over the bathroom and we instantly packed our things after thoroughly checking for any hidden bugs we didn't want to bring with us. We went to the front desk and I demanded a refund and they would not refund me due to being there for 6 hours. I went back and forth with the kind lady and she eventually gave my cash deposit back and the managers number to come in and communicate with him in person. Today we went in to talk about it and he asked for pictures of the room and showed him and his explanation was "why didn't we address it sooner, and were you offered another room?" Making the whole thing somehow my fault and they proceeded to say that some "customers are dirty." And still not refunding me. It was a struggle to get corporates number out of them and overall the absolute worst experience. Amit Patel is the manager and we have video and pictures of the whole altercation showing how you treat customers and how you want me to go to the higher ups and have them tell you to refund me. Rather than doing the right thing after ruining mine and my partners little get away. I would love to give 0 stars if possible."
"Disgusting. Vomit in hallway. Thick dust over everything. Lights did not work, we had to pull bed out and plug them in and even still, there were not enough outlets for charging phones next to the bed. Pool room did not have towels, but front desk person was very friendly and corrected the issues as promptly as he could. The hot tub was my favorite spot. The sauna did not work. The exercise room was gross and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while."
"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was so sketches out I didn't want to put my bags on the floor. The toilet was broken as well as the towel rack. There wasn't a toilet roll dispenser? The chair wasn't even in a condition to donate it. The Pleather was worn completely off the arms. The room was 86 degrees all night because it was broken. The hotel curtain would not fully close and was filthy as was the shower curtain and mold in the shower tiles. I would give the location 5 stars it was right off the highway but that would raise the overall rating. ...and perhaps the worst thing of all they keep a photocopy of your id on file! I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels and they do not do this. Please demand your copy back. Wyndham I would be embarrassed to have this in my franchise."
"So far, really good. Christine at the front desk is very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom are clean; beds are comfy and clean. Pool and hot tub are working. In the Exercise room, everything is clean and working. I’m catching up on my kids’ reading and enjoying the complementary cookies and tea. Great stay!"
"Stayed here over night on 9-9-23, because all the other hotels were booked. At first glance, we were not impressed with the appearance of the outside of the hotel. We were expecting the inside to be run down, and not very clean. To our surprise, we were wrong. The rooms were clean, bathroom and shower were clean, bedding was fresh . The hotel was VERY quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amit Patel. I believe he is the general manager. He reminded me how to take advantage of membership points and answered all the questions I had about the rewards program. They served a continental breakfast , which I did not see, but my family members went down to get coffee and said that the area looked clean and there was a variety of food. We will definitely be staying here again."
