"Dr. Holiday is homophobic. She refused to tell us about a SURGERY she decided to have scheduled after telling us it wasn't needed. As well as constantly saying the health issue was a concern when we want a baby and constantly kept saying we'd want a baby. In the mychart she refused to write that were a couple and wrote a chaperone as well as not even acknowledging what she'd told us. Do not see her."
"Beware of Dr. Reyes-Ganzon. If you care about your child don't send them to Reyes. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, several times but this ridiculous. My child will never step foot in her office again. Reyes absolutely does not care about the child or parnets, does not listen to any concerns, even if they are valid and have facts or photos to prove it. She will fit as many patients in as she can because she doesnt care about quality of service. She will deny anything you say, berate you and tell you that your kid is just spoiled. If your child start screaming or gets upset (AFTER BEING ROUGH HANDLED BY HER) She will try and run out the door or rush you out. Does the sound of children makes her mad? Like why is this women a Pediatrician, if she don't like kids or listen to the parnets.... Not to mention the extremely horrible wait time. Spoke to Reyes for exactly 2 minutes but waited over an hour to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous and I WILL NOT be returning I can say the nurses are lovely though!"
"I have been seeing Dr. Deol, at the Residency Clinic, since July 2021. She is the best doctor I have ever had in my 74 years. Dr. Deol always listens and will do whatever she can to help with whatever ailments you have. She has the most pleasant bedside manner. I could go on and on. Dr. Deol is great."
"Dr Reyes is a joke. For two years I fought to get my daughter proper tests for her stomach pain. All Dr Reyes wanted to do was throw medication at it even though the symptoms the medication treated was never something we told the doctor she was experiencing. Finally after arguing with her for the 50th time (and many appointments later)she referred her to U of M. They ordered an ultrasound and blood tests. And wouldn't ya know my daughter had gall stones! Needless to say my daughter needed surgery! Not a bunch of medications that don't treat the real problem. This Dr is a quack!!!! She Would rather work for the insurance do the bare minimum rather than w the Insurance to get a patient the correct treatment and proper care. She straight up doesn't care about children and doesn't care to listen! But loves to argue with a concerned parent and disregards your motherly instincts as nothing. Also loves to bring up a possible issue that could be the problem but can't explain how it correlates with the issue your presenting."
"Ms. Miraflor Reyes-Ganzon works as a pediatrician at Center For Family Health. Ms. Reyes shows unprofessional, negligence, and roughness to patients. I noticed that the two times she has seen my newborn son she never washed her hands, which is entirely unsanitary and unprofessional. I explained to her that there are precautions that you have to make, especially in healthcare. All she did was brush me off every time and said “I wash my hands in the hallway.” Does it matter? Don’t lie and tell me that because it does not make sense. Why wash your hands in the hallway, when you’re still gonna enter a patients room and touch them? I specifically told this lady that when she’s dealing with my infant child she needs to take proper protocol. As she still was denying to wash her hands she still was trying to touch my baby and put a wooden stick in his mouth for a mouth examination. I had to stand up from my seat in order to make a point to her that I’m not messing around about the hand washing. Even though, that’s taught in healthcare courses to wash your hands. The particular situation happened two different times since she has been my infant son’s pediatrician because he’s only a few months old. Not only that, she is rough with my infant son pressed down on his tragus (inner part of external ear) with a otoscope while she was still arguing with me about her not washing her hands. Thank you, for taking the time to read this long post."
