"I’m just letting people know that this company does not have your best interest at heart. They gave us the cheapest most expensive insurance that the world has to offer. They set things up and move stuff around and add people without your permission and brush it off like it’s not a big deal. THEY ARE NEVER OPEN and when you call they don’t have an answering service. I don’t know why I stuck with this insurance agency screwing me over for years which is completely my fault. They underinsured us and stuck us with the most difficult insurance company that most agency’s fire or get rid of because they have integrity. I had called several times trying to get offers and better deals and they would tell us each time that the best deal was the same insurance company that they had stuck us with. The thing is I trusted these people with my home and my car only to find out that we had such low coverage that my insurance company would have only given us cash value of a loss and we had NO WATER or SEWER insurance so we would have been at a total loss if these things were to happen! We also discovered that our car had no protection for those who would hit us and wouldn’t be insured. You would think working with a broker that they would help you find the good deals and pay attention to the little things to help you out. They have done neither! They have done us NO FAVORS and they have acted as if they did not care! I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like over paying for crappy insurance."
