"My family made a call today at 3:30pm for a tow truck. We were on a very busy highway and the van was halfway in the road and half way onto the shoulder. We didn’t get a single message or update or tow truck. Therefore we called in and said we no longer needed one. They just called at 9:53 informing me that they were dropping a car off at a nearby location and will be there to get the van afterwards.... absolutely ridiculous. Why even pay for this insurance or the roadside assistance premium if they ghosts you in a time of emergency. I informed them that I already had a tow truck stop by hours ago and they were very rude afterward."
