Bonny is very knowledgeable and quite empathetic regarding the issues regarding insurance. In short time I was brought up to speed with my auto rate questions and also able to bundle up with new State Farm rental insurance saving a ton of money over my old rental insurance company. Within a few short days, I got to know my new State Farm agent and I feel that she now knows me and my insurance needs. "I recently switched from progressive to Bonny Bird state farm. I can honestly say from day one they were more helpful and more caring than any insurance company I have ever talked to. Terry walked myself and my family through everything. His personality alone gives them a 10/10. The price I pay compared to other insurance companies is unbelievable. If you have any doubt at least give them a call. I was paying double at progressive for full coverage and never received the respect and care I get from state farm. Let me also mention. My son had a accident very shortly after we began coverage with them. They were more than helpful. They called us personally just to see how my son was and never once raised our rare.
