James Sullivan: Allstate Insurance

"Not helpful!!!My furnace was damaged and the damage was covered by insurance; so far I've got nothing. In addition, the inspecting company has ruined my flooring ( they took " a sample" of the floor, further damaging it)."

"Do not depend on this company for loyalty and/or integrity. My home insurance policy (in Cleveland, OH) of 45 yrs was cancelled without any type of communication from my long time agent, James Sullivan. I called him to inquire about possibly filing a claim for a roof leak and received a cancellation notice in the mail from the 'Member Dept' a few days later stating reasons from a 2019 claim as to why it was being cancelled. To this day I've never heard from him. I doubt any prospective clients would sign up with Allstate with knowledge this could happen to them. Extremely bad business practices. James Sullivan does not represent the company in its motto of 'You're in good hands with Allstate'. An absolute false advertising claim. I would NOT recommend using James Sullivan and/or Allstate for any insurance needs."

"I have never had any problems with Allstate. They always email me or call me back quickly to respond to my concerns and needs! Its also a very good price and im always shocked when I hear what other people are paying."

"Horrible customer service. Have been a client for over 15 yrs. and recently had an auto accident where the other party was at fault. Agency refuses to act as an agent and deal with (make calls etc.) the insurance company of the other party to ensure we receive payment for repairs etc. Mike at the Sullivan agency has been of no help and condescending to my wife. Disappointing to say the least. I would be wary of this agency and at this point do not have a lot of good things to say about Allstate either."
