"Highly recommend! I injured my back and hip while improperly weight training (not at Present Tense). Began working with Susan to identify ways to increase breath flow and reduce chronic pain in my hip and lower back. After a few sessions, Susan coached me through new mobility techniques, breathwork, and a new warm up routine. She re-trained me on proper format and technique of my weight training work outs. Because of her, I am no longer experiencing chronic pain, I feel more confident in my routine and form, and I am able to routinely work out again. I am very appreciative of the level of service and attention to detail, the thorough education, the holistic treatment and the very clean gym!!
