"Allstate at 600 ohio pike is unprofessional and they don't care if they make a mistake or how long you been with them. Everyone at Allstate just reads from the screen in front of them. They want listen to what your are saying they just repeat what they can read. They will cancel your insurance just to get you in a higher payment. I talked to over 7 different people about something they did wrong and no one cared at all. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you do get insurance from Allstate never get it at the location of beachmont ford. Beachmont ford car company my car is amazing but Allstate is HORRIBLE"

"I don't see anything that helps me in particular. The "points" are a joke and must be funded by my premiums. The tracking of my every mile is invasive. I can't take trips without being badgered about not being track - especially when I am out of the country! I consider insurance a required nuisance."
