Allstate Insurance Agent: Drew Cloud

"I can't imagine how this office has 4.9 stars...? I called 2x to make an appointment to add home owners insurance to my account... no answer either time but I left a detailed message both times with no call back. I then went into the office and spoke with the clerk who was a young gentleman with his dog by himself. I explained to him about my insurance needs. After looking over my profile he stated that he had to do inquiries on my behalf and would reach out to my later when he completed his search. I waited till the following afternoon... no return call. I decided to go to the Englewood office and they fulfilled my requirements immediately and completely. I would advise anyone not to waste their time at the Troy office. Again the 4.9 stars is a genuine mystery...?"

He showed me the differences in pricing between each choice within the coverage and made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck.
