"EDIT: I believe this office has closed. I called Farmers to complain and was informed that Abby is no longer an agent despite her email address and voicemail still being active. Abby is no longer listed on Farmers website either. I was referred to Jeremy Ferguson as the new agent. His office was both responsive and helpful. Completely unprofessional and strongly recommend against doing business with this agency. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone in the office, including via phone during the published business hours. The voicemail often doesn't work and/or loops repeatedly. Voicemails are not returned within the 2 business days stated in the voicemail greeting. Emails are either very slowly returned with lots of excuses or not returned at all."
