"I am utterly disappointed in the unprofessionalism this company demonstrates, not only in their customer service skills, but also the fact that they can hardly construct a decent email correspondence when communicating with their clients. The email I received from the owner after simply reaching out about my policy with Progressive insurance was one that I had to take with a "grain of salt". I have blocked correspondence and will handle my own insurance concerns with Progressive. When you read this... Please use this as a learning tool to help you better relate to the people you deal with. Your score is a zero! Also, you might want to stop using colorful large letters in your email replies. That, and the fact you have your signature as "peter richmond" Maybe it's how you do it I suppose. Really wasn't even something I cared to mention... But being the business professional and A1 collections and customer service specialist that I am today I had to comment. I only leave reviews when it's necessary. Sadly, customer service and communication these days are a mess. I pride myself on my work helping others in my career. Next time you might want to preview the correspondence you share with a client before sending it. It's all about ethics."
