Reviews
"Customer service lacking. They contacted me to review my policy 2 days before payment was due. By email no less, I was out of town with no access to records etc. This is something that should have been done a month or at least several weeks in advance."
"My experience with All-State has been good thus far there promptness in handling things has been great would recommend to others needing insurance"
"Very friendly, and helpful. They explain everything and get you the deals that they can get for you. I have been with Allstate for 3 years ,plus ."
"FANTASTIC people!! Progressive raised my rates and were not nice to me. I called my local office and spoke to Rebecca and walked through my policy line by line. She explained coverages to me I didnt understand before and I really appreciated having an experienced agent versus a call center. I have no idea any rules with insurance and she helped explain how past lapses in insurance are hurting me and is getting me on a great track to save more money in the future!"
"They are terrible. I called to cancel my auto policy due to my car no longer being in my possession. Rebecca was awful said I was not allowed to cancel my auto policy because of the car still being in my name I explained it was repossessed. She still didn't listen to me when I was asking her questions she just continues on telling me I have to have auto policy. So I hung up on her. I then got a hold of Tara who I usually go through she said Rebecca was being stern and we have state laws to obay. I researched there is not a law in Ohio that states I have to continue to pay for car insurance on a reposessed car. It is only recommended. Neither of them had to lie to just keep a customer I then called Brandon the actual owner and he would not let me say a word because of those two girls I am finding either a different agent or a new company. This specific agent and his employees are l crooks!"
