"I've never dealt with a more unprofessional, poorly managed "agency" in my life. If you want to be debited unauthorized amounts, lack of accountability for numerous mistakes, and patronizing tone hidden under the psuedo-guise of politeness then please, have at it. If you like being told to call back 3 days in a row because your agent is "busy", please have at it. You already have to pay a lot for insurance, I suggest paying for an agent and company that isn't inept and incompetent. I canceled my service due to their incompetency and their next screw up was literally renewing my policy. I gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Edit: this is not the same agent I worked with, so out of respect for her I'll raise the rating to a 3."
