"I’ve been a customer of Steve’s for over 30 years. First and foremost, he is genuinely good and caring person. He is driven to insure that is customers are satisfied. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If there is an issue, rest assured that, Steve will follow through to resolve claims quickly and efficiently. On a personal note, Steve is a warm and caring soul that if you have issues, he addresses them in such a way that one feels reassured that he will take care you like family. I personally consider him a friend. How many people can say that about your insurance agent. He is without the best at what he does but , he is an even better person. "My husband and put our insurance with Steve like 30 years ago. Umbrella coverage. We used it maybe twice for the home, a tree fell on our house, it was easy to get taken care of. Chris had an accident with the car, we called etc. Is about it. In 2016 my Chris died after 34 years together and I had to move from our large house to a smaller place. I bought, made the change to insurance and about 9 months later a storm blew off large pieces of the vinal siding on my house. I previously paid to have 2 loose panels re attached, put on a new roof and called or emailed Steve about getting help with the siding. My quotes were at 16k and 14,900k to redo and they checked about repair but really now siding businesses would rather replace. He, in essence, blew me off saying use resource f ou r quotes other than there's, and I have a large deductible and my insurance may not cover repair. I called again and he just said if you want to file a claim go online or call a number he gave me. Now he and Chris Were acquaintances, not real buds but Steve knew he died, I was hoping for a little help and understanding and he just didn't give a damn. Further in all those years he never called this client to check on hiw things were. We both could have died and he would be none the wiser. I was a mess after Chris died. I heard no empathy only apathy and I was so fried I didn't go looking for a new insurance co. I am coming out of my pit if despair and will check into a change later this summer. I hardly drive anywhere in the pandemic, they never called to see if my monthly could be lowered for a bit. I would not recommend Steve Wright with Nationwide."
