"Bad attitude, won't cooperate, refused to cancel policy, after asking around, neighbors suggested another insurance company where i received much appreciated friendly service. After not canceling the policy and reporting it to a collection agency for unpaid premium, I gave them a call to see if the collection notice was legitimate as I believed it was canceled months ago and they never returned my call. After calling back the next week Tom started arguing with me which only ended up in a yelling match. Can't even believe the poor service. Shop around, thats all I have to say now."
"Tom refused to cancel my Ohio Mutual Farm policy after Insisting that it be cancelled and telling him I refused to pay for something I am not required by law to have and sent my premiums to a collection agency. Very arrogant and next to communism. I have a policy from Buckeye now with Fort Recovery Insurance Agency its thousands cheaper and a much better fit for my business."
