"My daughter has been attending classes for roughly 8 months and she loves it! She is learning to be as patient with herself as with others. Jack knows how to safely push the students outside of their comfort zone while while keeping them safe. Students learn that through hard work and staying focused they have the ability to accomplish anything (whether on or off the mat). Jack enforces being respectful to yourself and others while still having fun. I definitely recommend MAO for both children and adults and I am looking forward to possibly signing up for the women's jiu-jitsu classes."

The boys played soccer last year and didn't care for it. What a difference when we enrolled them in martial arts! They talk about it all the time and are super excited to learn and compete.
