"Poor communication after being insured with them for 20 years. A bank mixup and our autopay wasn't working for 2 months. Got some auto generated emails that I admittedly skimmed over(because autopay). Then my insurance lapsed (then extended... also let me know with a auto generated email) and then was cancelled without a phone call from anyone. Been uninsured for a month and only found out because my wife was in an accident, and now there's nothing they can do...I like to know my insurance agent is looking out for me and not just a computer.... UPDATE: They didn't call me but they sent a fee charge to a credit collector already... ridiculous"
