"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to buy my daughter shoes for school and every employee behind the counter either on their phones or slang talking behind the counter. No care to customers in the store. I had to walk over and ask for assistance and the young man proceeded to give me an attitude because I must have interrupted his flirt session. He was no help trying to get the right size for my daughter nor was he any help trying to find a pair of shoes. It's not the company it's the employees. DO BETTER FINISH LINE!"

"I came to buy Jordans . Was only one or 2 pair that fit my daughter. Shoes that are over 200 I'm going to have my daughter try on and have them laced up. The girl looked at me side eyed when I said please lace it up so my daughter can walk in them. Like I said not to much to ask when purchasing 200 dollar shoes for a 10 year old."

"Service today was horrible. I try to keep my money in the county, but after today....I'll definitely go elsewhere.... Never have what my grandsons want in stock... But the service today was horrible. They never greated us, tgey were way too busy on their cell phones.... Therefore Im out. So sad being that they and the 1 only Chinese takeout place is the only thing open. This breaks my heart.... Train your ppl!!!! Customer service is crucial to your business!!!! I have had it ip to here with not having stock over the years but not to be greated or helped is beyond reproach. I will never shop there again. I told my grandsons that we will NOT be coming back here. I hate to travel, hate to let another county get MY tax money, but it is what is is.... I am very big on customer service. I tip VERY WELL when dining. Corporations need to know that we, the consumer pay for your trips to the Caribbean.... Im so very disappointed in Finish Line. They're employees, and obviously how they train them. Moving forward, I'll go elsewhere."
