"My son has been attending classes here for about 2 years and absolutely loves it. The coaches are all extremely helpful and engaged. Pricey but seems to be well worth it. He's made some giant strides on and off the field/ice with the training he's received. The adult gym is nice, slightly dated, but does the job. 5/5 all day"

"Great group of coaches who care not only about the strength and speed development of the kids they work with, but also their emotional and physical well being. My son sustained multiple non-sports related injuries last year and Coach Heather and Coach Smosny, who he works with on a regular basis, reached out multiple times to check on his well being. They were super accommodating upon his return, adjusting his training regimen despite the fact that he was working in an athlete training group. We have been very happy with the amount of personal and dedicated time he receives even while working in group training sessions."
