"Unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending. The facility and the equipment is great, but the customer service could use some help. The fitting went great and got the clubs ordered. Paul called me an hour later to inform me that the shafts we ordered were backordered and additional money. He pushed me to order some equivalent shafts that i had not hit in the simulator, stating they are even better. Needless to say i hit them worse than my old clubs. When i called to talk to Paul about it after giving it a month of playing, all he would say is that i need to get used to them or come in and pay for a lesson since it must be my swing! A simple....come in and lets make sure everything is right or lets see whats going on would work. He didnt care and i chose to move on. I got fitted with someone else and everything is great. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, i just feel like i was treated as a sale and not trying to make a raving customer."

"I've been working with the guys (Phil & James) at GolfTEC for about 2 months now. In that time my golf swing has improved dramatically. I no longer slice the ball like I have done all my life and I have much more confidence in my golf swing and knowing where the ball is going! With their knowledgeable guidance and the state-of-the art swing monitoring & video equipment it makes it easy to see what I’m doing right and it helps me fix the things I need to work on. They take me through my swing step-by-step and they focus on one thing at a time so I don’t get overwhelmed. The key points from each lesson are videotaped and commented on by my coach and uploaded to my account on the GolfTEC website so I can review them as many times as I want when I’m at home or on the road. I also like the fact that I can use the simulator a few times a week on my own so I can get extra practice. It’s amazing how close the ball fight and distance on the video screen in the simulator bay is to my actual experience out on the course.
