"Started at this gym in December. I am working with personal trainer Stephan Sukola. I have always been skeptical of getting a personal trainer. He has transformed my work outs. I have also seen him with other clients of various experience and age. I would highly recommend trying it out if you are on the fence. The gym has everything you could ask for including multiple squat racks, deadlift platforms, benches, and weight sleds."

"Excellent gym. Not the best fit for everyone if you're just getting into working out or are not big into the heavy lifting or body building. Otherwise, they have some fine equipment, it's never crowded (in my experience) and it's open 24x7. Only wish they had more types of equipment but I understand the purpose; it's supposed to be a powerlifting gym."

"Great new strength training facility near downtown Cincy. Equipment is top notch & has specific items for the powerlifting crowd (kg calibrated plates, lots of Rogue OH Power Bars, Competition combo rack & bench, multiple deadlift platforms, etc). Mike & Tyler (owners) are very friendly & willing to help their members with whatever they need to reach their goals. If you live in the area & looking for a great training environment definitely check out Five Thirteen Strength! I’d train here if I lived in Cincy but I was just in town for work & they welcomed me with open arms. Drop in fees are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to which is a big plus in my book!"
