"I absolutely LOVE going to yoga classes at Embra! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and professional and I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in decades- DECADES! Physically, mentally, emotionally- across the spectrum-I feel like a different person than before I found Embra in August of this year. It’s hard to believe that I have only been attending classes there for a little over 3 months bc so much has changed in such a short amount of time. I feel younger and I have so much energy, I sleep better, I show up better in my relationships bc I feel much healthier and just more- myself. All the aches and pains which I attributed to just getting older ( I’m almost 49) are gone. I plan on doing yoga for the rest of my life, just based on the changes I’ve experienced after 3 months. They also offer pilates and other burn classes at all different times so it accommodates my crazy schedule of working full time and taking care of with 3 kids who each have crazy schedules themselves. If you haven’t tried it, I can’t rec this place enough!"

"I have been a member and lover of Embra Studio for years (from back when it was Modo Yoga), but this was my first visit to the Kentucky location. Beautiful location, with a nice store area, benches, bathrooms, and multiple rooms for classes. Only the nicest and most welcoming yogis work and teach here; the owner, Mer, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and there is such a great variety of yoga teachers and classes here. If you are new to yoga, let them know and they'll help you get started. Great location for the best local yoga studio. My only complaints about the Kentucky studio compared to the Cincinnati studio are that the parking spots are severely limited (the lot is about one-eighth the size of Cincinnati's and is shared with more businesses) and the women's bathroom only has two shower stalls compared with five at the other location. Other than that, I was really impressed with the studio."
